For Paris u'Select mills, the grind is adjusted by turning the ring at the bottom of the mill. Turning the ring in one direction makes a finer grind, while turning it in the other makes it coarser. Once the grind size is set, it will stay in place until the user changes it.

The Paris u'Select mill is equipped with Peugeot's legendary pepper grinding mechanism. Made of case-hardened steel, it has received additional treatment against wear and corrosion. Its double-row of helix-shaped claws grab and crack each peppercorn before drawing it down to the teeth for the perfect grind. Crafted from beech wood with a stylish, classic white lacquer varnish, this mill provides a contemporary design suitable for both modern and classical kitchens.

The u'Select feature allows for a coarse to fine grind, with the grind adjusted by turning the ring at the bottom of the mill. The pepper mill mechanism features a two-stage channeling and grinding process, which cracks the peppercorns before they are ground, resulting in the freshest taste. All Peugeot mill mechanisms are made of treated stainless steel and are proudly made in France.
