Our mills come partially filled with the Cristaux de sel blanc d'Allemagne, a dry white salt from Germany that is perfect for everyday cooking. To refill, simply unscrew the wooden top, lift it off, and pour in your dry salt (max size smaller than ⅙ inch/4mm).
