PRECISION GRIND: Through two centuries of experience, we have expertly engineered each mill and mechanism specifically for the consistency and shape of peppercorns and salt crystals. Make sure to fill each one with the correct spice for optimum use. We make the gear mechanism from steel resistant to corrosion and rust.

READY TO SEASON: Our salt mills come with Cristaux de sel blanc d'Allemagne, a dry white rock salt from Germany, and our pepper mills with Tan Hoi black pepper from Vietnam (refill cubes are available from Peugeot). Fill with dry rock salt only (max size smaller than 1/6 inch/4mm) — do not use sea salt, and max size ¼-inch (6mm) peppercorns.

CONTEMPORARY LOOK: Zeli mill mechanisms are housed in ABS material with a brushed metal look. Add that contemporary touch, with this efficient, compact mill that fits perfectly into your hand. Comes with six AAA batteries and a spare bulb. To replace, remove the top section and unlock the motor from its housing.
