The mill can be used to grind a variety of spices, including white, green and red pepper, as well as pink peppercorns (if mixed with another pepper) and coriander seeds. With its u'Select adjustment system for accurately changing the grind setting, this mill is a must-have. Simply turn the graduated ring at the base of the mill and choose any of the settings between 1 and 6 (1 is the finest).

The Peugeot Paris mill is MADE IN FRANCE, with PEFC certified beech wood from sustainably managed French forests and steel mechanisms all made at the Peugeot manufacture, from concept development to commercialization. The mill's proprietary 2-stage pepper grinding mechanism is made of case-hardened steel specially treated to keep the teeth razor sharp and protect from corrosion. This mechanism releases maximum flavor and aroma by first cracking each peppercorn before grinding.

The mill is easy to use, with the desired grind size easily adjusted by turning the u'Select ring system at the bottom of the mill. Turning the head clockwise grinds the spices, and the safe, comfortable grip helps achieve high, consistent output with minimal effort.

For best results, Peugeot recommends using only dry, hard, whole peppercorns that are 5 mm (1/4") or less in diameter. The mills come partially filled with peppercorns for immediate enjoyment.
