Our mills come partially filled with the Cristaux de sel blanc d'Allemagne, a dry white salt from Germany that is perfect for everyday cooking. The salt is available to buy in Peugeot 13 oz. (370g) cubes. To refill, simply unscrew the top knob, lift off the top, and pour in your dry salt (max size ⅙ -inch/4mm).
